All promotions, competitions, giveaways, offers, or incentives (“Promotions”) operated by Chaotics Group Ltd or its venues are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Participation in any Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Promoter: Chaotics Group Ltd and its authorised venues.

  • Participant: Any person entering, attending, or claiming a Promotion.

  • Prize: Any reward, item, experience, discount, or benefit offered.

  • Venue: Any premises operated by Chaotics Group Ltd.

  • Management: Authorised duty managers and senior representatives.

  • Promotion Period: The period stated in promotional materials, or if none is stated, deemed to run until withdrawn or replaced at the Promoter’s discretion.

In the event of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Venue Authority

2.1 Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry, refuse service, amend, withdraw, or cancel any Promotion without prior notice.
2.2 Venue licensing, safety, and operational rules override any promotional wording.
2.3 The manager’s decision is final.
2.4 Complaints may be submitted in writing but do not override management discretion.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Promotions are strictly for persons aged 18+ holding valid photo ID.
3.2 Proof of identity or age may be requested at any time.
3.3 Intoxicated or disruptive individuals may be disqualified.
3.4 Entry or redemption is at management’s discretion.

4. Promotions & Prizes

4.1 All Prizes are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn.
4.2 No cash alternatives unless explicitly stated.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4.5 Free entry or free drinks hold no monetary value.
4.6 Prizes must be claimed within 30 days unless stated otherwise.

5. Shared Bar Tabs & Token System

5.1 Shared tabs (e.g. “£1,000 Bar Tab”) are distributed via a token system.
5.2 Tokens have no cash value and are valid only for the stated date.
5.3 Tokens must be surrendered to redeem drinks and are subject to stock availability.
5.4 Each token equals one qualifying drink as defined by management.
5.5 Once tokens or the total tab value are exhausted, the offer ends.
5.6 Lost or stolen tokens will not be replaced.
5.7 Venue staff may refuse redemption if the holder appears intoxicated or underage.
5.8 Management may amend or cancel the system in line with licensing laws.

6. Competitions & Giveaways

6.1 Entry routes and eligibility are determined by the Promoter.
6.2 Winners are chosen fairly at the Promoter’s discretion.
6.3 Only winners contacted via official Chaotics Group channels are valid.
6.4 Winners must respond within 48 hours or forfeit the prize.
6.5 Prizes may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.
6.6 Fraudulent or abusive entries are void.
6.7 CCTV and entry logs may be retained for six months for dispute resolution.
6.8 Chaotics Group is not liable for delays or non-fulfilment by third-party partners.

7. Publicity & Media

11.1 Participants must behave respectfully and follow staff directions.
11.2 Aggression, harassment, or abuse will result in removal and potential banning.
11.3 False claims or defamatory comments may be pursued under UK law.

12. Data & Privacy

12.1 By entering, participants consent to data collection for administering the Promotion.
12.2 Data may be shared with partners solely for prize delivery purposes.

13. Accessibility & Complaints

13.1 Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible.

15. Assignment & Continuity

16.2 Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
16.3 Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder.
